B. Trigger Configuration

Ensure the nurture sequence triggers immediately upon either of the following events. Note: Both should add the lead to the exact same sequence to avoid duplication.

C. Personalization Tokens

List the tags every lead should receive upon entering the sequence:

Goal Achieved: If lead books consultation at any point → Remove from nurture sequence immediately + Add to Consultation-Booked tag.
Gentle Decline: If lead replies "not now" → Pause sequence + Add to Long-Term-Nurture tag (schedule 90-day check-in).

F. Reply Handling Protocol

CRITICAL: All replies must route to a real human within 2 business hours during operating times. Set up the reply-to field as a monitored inbox (e.g., [email protected]). Do not use a no-reply address.
