§ VII — Partnership Details & FAQs
1. How are referral fees paid?
Paid by EFT within 14 days of final project payment received from client. We pay on completion, not on quote.
2. Is there a minimum project size?
Referral fees apply on projects $20,000+. Smaller projects we still happily quote, but no fees apply.
3. Do you guarantee my referrals are protected?
Yes. We track every referral in our CRM and never pursue a referred client outside of your introduction.
4. Can I refer multiple times?
Absolutely. Most of our partners refer 3-8 projects per year.
5. What if my client decides not to proceed?
No problem and no obligation. We never pressure your client. Your relationship with them matters more than one
job.
6. How do I track my referrals?
We send you a monthly summary of any referrals made in your name and their status. Plus we notify you in real
time when a referral converts.
7. Can my brand be co-credited on the project?
Yes — co-branded marketing, joint photoshoots, social mentions, website features all available.
